Printing Problems?

Are you having problems printing? Most printing problems are due to either entering the wrong credentials or having recently changed your email password.  Your laptop stores usernames and passwords. To remove an incorrect/old password follow the steps below.

Sometimes the print spooler may need restarted. To restart this service reboot your laptop.  Then try printing again.

WINDOWS
Windows		 MAC
Mac

Open a "Run" window by pressing down on both the "Windows" and "R" keys.

Windows+R

Type: rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr

Remove the papercut.washburnlaw.edu entry.

Remove Printer Credentials

Now you are ready to enter your new password.  Open the "Run" window again by pressing down on both the "Windows" and "R" keys.

Type: \\papercut.washburnlaw.edu

Enter your new credentials and remember to check the “Remember my credentials” checkbox.

Enter Email Credentials

Click on the Spotlight (i.e., magnifying glass) at the upper right. Search for Keychain.

Once Keychain is open search for the printer crednetials and delete it.
     Delete Printer

Try and print again. You should now be prompted to enter your new credentials.
