The Government Legal Careers Forum is a must-attend event for those interested in the various roles that a legal education can fulfill within government. Many of the employers will be joining us from Kansas State government agencies and local offices in Topeka, offering firsthand insights into the advantages and challenges of their positions. This event is not only a chance to gain valuable knowledge but also an excellent networking opportunity. You'll be able to engage in meaningful conversations with practicing attorneys and other professionals who apply their legal training in non-traditional settings.

Prior to the networking event, government representatives and participating students will have access to a complimentary hour of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) focused on current legal issues affecting government practice. This session is an excellent precursor to the discussions that will follow in the forum.

Attendance is free for government employees and Washburn Law students, highlighting our commitment to accessible and practical legal education. This is your chance to build connections that could shape your future career in government legal services.
