The images below, provided by the architects for the new Washburn University School of Law building, show some of the proposed spaces in the building (subject to change).

North facade.
The new facility will anchor the southeast corner of the campus at 21st and Washburn (former location of married student housing). The two-level building will both complement existing campus architecture and create a modern-day learning environment that aligns with the needs of the school and University.

Dole Plaza.

Public space just inside main (north) entrance.
The north entrance opens into the central commons and atrium.

Main floor common area (looking north).
Openness and natural light provide a visual transparency and physical connection from the main lobby to the rest of the building. This space can also serve as a location for special events, banquets, etc.

Appellate courtroom.
The appellate courtroom has the flexibility to be used as symposium and classroom space.
