Constitution Day 2020

In honor of Constitution Day, which was established in 1932 under the Byrd Act, Washburn University School of Law will present a Zoom program broadcast of "Constitution Day:  Supreme Court Highlights 2019-20" on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 12:30 p.m. A limited amount of socially distanced space is available in Room 102 of Washburn Law for remote viewing.

Washburn Law Professor Jeffrey D. Jackson will present important cases in Constitutional Law decided by the United States Supreme Court during the 2019-20 session.  He will be joined in a roundtable discussion of the cases and their significance by Dr. Bruce Mactavish of the Washburn University History Department and Professor Grant Armstrong of the Washburn University Political Science Department.
