How To Install the Wireless Printers on Windows XP, Vista, & 7

Installing the Wireless & Lab Printers

* All print jobs must be released from a Print Release Station next to the printer. You can identify your print job based on the description, time and by your computer name.

Open a "Run" window. A shortcut to open this is to press down on both the "Windows" and "R" keys on your keyboard.
Then type the following for the printer you want to add. Then click 'OK'.

There are three Wireless printers located near the elevator on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors respectively.

There are two lab printers located inside and right outside the computer lab on the 2nd floor.

The driver will download and install. This may take a few minutes for Vista users.
