How To Utilize Your I-Card

Your I-Card is your identification, issued on first entering Washburn University.

How to put money on your I-card:

  1. Use the machine in front of the reference desk.
  2. Follow the directions on the machine.
  3. The machine takes only bills, no coin, BUT
  4. The student help desk in the student union lets you use coin or credit card to add money to your I-card.

What can I use it for?

  1. Swipe it to make copies at all copiers.
  2. Some soda machines take I-cards.
  3. Use it to buy food at the Libation Station or the Student Union cafeteria or store.
  4. Don't worry about cash, use the I-card.
