  1. FLQ Staff Editing (Elrod) meets Mondays at noon.
  2. Externship classroom component will meet only in the third week of the semester.
  3. The course description for Products Liability on the website is out-dated and will be revised this fall. Professor Ho explains that this three-credit course will examine traditional products liability law and offer students fundamental knowledge on the classic doctrines, theories, causes of action, and defenses that practitioners use to resolve cases involving defective products. In addition, course emphasis will be given on knowing and organizing products liability law for the bar exam and also honing important legal reasoning and analytical skills. Because of limited course enrollment, students interested in enrolling in this should indicate in a brief statement why they believe that this course would be important and helpful to them. Please e-mail your statements to Professor Ho at jeremiah.ho [at] washburn.edu by August 15, 2011. You will be advised by August 17 regarding your enrollment in the course.
