  • Note 1: Clinic: Transactional - This clinic will be taught on-line during the 2018-2019 academic year. The course will meet at the regularly scheduled times live, but remotely.
  • Note 2: Race and the Law will be offered as 2-credit course.
  • Note 3: Oil and Gas Taxation runs for four class periods from 3:30-6:50 p.m. on January 23, 25, and 30, and February 1.
  • Note 4: Mining Law runs for four class periods from 3:20-6:50 p.m. on February 6, 8, 13, and 15.
  • Note 5: Renewable Energy Law runs for four class periods from 3:20 pm to 6:50 pm on February 20, 22, 27, and March 1.
  • Note 6: LARW for the Government Client will meet both live and on-line during the semester.
  • Note 7: Estate Planning and Taxation will meet in person one evening per week and live, but remotely, one evening per week.
  • Note 8: Election Law is being taught as a 2-credit class pending faculty approval.
