ExamSoft Login and SofTest® Registration Instructions

  • Visit your Custom Home Page: www.examsoft.com/washburnlaw
  • Log in under "Exam Takers" using your ID and password.
    • Enter your Student ID (WIN #) [type the W]
      (Example: W20002000)
    • Enter your password (WIN #) [do NOT type the W]
      (Example: 20002000)
  • Once you are logged in, review the section on Getting Started with SofTest.
  • Check your minimum system requirements.
  • Under "Install & Register SofTest," click "Download."
    Institution ID: washburnlaw
    • Windows PC Users:
      • Click "Run" or "Save File" when prompted to do so and follow the on-screen instructions.
      • Register you copy using the Institution ID, Student ID, and password.
      • Download and take the Mock Exam and upload the answer file to ensure that your laptop is working properly. When downloading the mock exam, the download password is not required.
    • Mac OS X Users:
      • Click "Save File" when prompted to do so.
      • Double-click on "SofTestMac.dmg" in the "Downloads" window once the download is complete.
      • Click on "Install SofTest" and follow the on-screen instructions.
      • Register your copy using the Institution ID, Student ID, and password.
      • Download and take the Mock Exam and upload the answer file to ensure that your laptop is working properly. When downloading the mock exam, the download password is not required.
  • Setup SMS/Text notifications as desired.
  • Review the SofTest Installation video as needed.
  • Upon Registration Completion
    • After you register SofTest, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In that email, there is a link to the SofTest Help Guide (1.1 MB PDF); please review this guide.

Notice
No technical assistance will be provided once the exam has begun. In the event of any malfunction, students should complete the remainder of the examination in handwriting using standard bluebooks.
