Study aids

  • CALI: Provides access to hundreds of law professor created quizzes and exercises on a variety of legal topics. Contact Barbara Ginzburg (barbara.ginzburg@washburn.edu) for the registration key.
  • Examples and Explanations books: This series provides hypothetical questions and detailed explanations on a variety of topics. Books are available at the circulation desk and can be checked out for 2 hours.
  • Lexis/Nexis Digital Library: offers access to Lexis treatises, practice guides, and study aids for law students, in eBook format. Available to Washburn Law students, staff, and faculty (use firstname.lastname and your WUID number to log in). Guest access is available at the law library.
  • West Academic: Offers access to the Nutshell series, Hornbooks, and the Short and Happy Guide series. Available to Washburn Law Students, Faculty and Staff by creating an account. Other patrons may use the collection in the library.

A student favorite, the late Hon. Delmas Hill reading room provides a tranquil space for students to immerse themselves in their work. The room was designed for focused study and boasts comfortable seating, built-in tables, ample plug-ins and views of the campus.
