MARC records and OCLC number search key files are in two parts for this release.
- Part 1 contains records for 50 titles that are unique to HeinOnline (i.e., they do not appear in any other library).
- Part 2 contains records for 23 titles that are also included in the Legal Classics Library (LCL).
- The bibliographic description (and OCLC number) for each title is exactly the same as the LCL version.
- The 856 URL has been adjusted in this file so it points to the World Trials Library (WTL) version of the title.
- The 856 |z text is: Read this electronic book in the World Trials Library.
- Each record in OCLC has been updated with a second 856 that points to the WTL version; |z text has been modified to indicate which version is associated with the link.
Title Variation
The Hein announcement for this release included the title: Trial transcript of Leopold and Loeb. The bibliographic record in the Part 1 MARC file is listed under: People of the state of Illinois vs. Nathan F. Leopold, Jr. and Richard Loeb (and includes an added entry for the Hein title).
