Professor Ho joined Washburn Law in June 2010 as director of bar services and as an Institute for Law Teaching and Learning fellow. For 2011-2012, he is directing the first-year Ex-L academic success program and supervising Washburn Law's bar preparation program that readies graduates for the Kansas state bar. As an ILTL fellow he manages the first-year integrated academic support student learning groups. He also conducts workshops and lectures on bar-related subjects and skills.

Professor Ho previously was an assistant professor of academic support at Whittier Law School, Costa Mesa, California, where he taught skills and legal analysis courses to first-year students and lectured in the law school's bar preparation program. After earning his law degree, cum laude, from Whittier in 2008, he worked as an associate attorney for Marron & Associates in Long Beach, California, where he handled complex civil litigation cases in employment law, and wage and hour matters. Professor Ho earned his undergraduate degree in English Literature from UCLA, with a specialization in creative writing, and taught literature and writing at the junior high and high school levels before beginning his law career.
