ExamSoft Signup and SofTest® Registration Instructions

  2. Click the "Exam Takers" tab at the bottom of the page
    • Step 1: Log In (30 seconds)
      • Enter your Student ID (WIN #) [type the W]
      • Enter your password (WIN #) [do NOT type the W]
    • Step 2: Download SoftTest - Downloading SofTest takes minutes on high-speed Internet connections and 30-60 minutes on dial-up connections
      • Click Download SofTest
      • Click Download & Install
      • Click Run
      • Follow the on-screen installation clicking Next
      • Click Finish at the end of the installation
    • Step 3: Register SofTest - (30 seconds)
      1. If your computer prompts you to reboot:
        1. Click "Cancel"
        2. On the "Complete Registration" window, enter your Student ID and password then click "Register"
        3. Reboot your computer once you are notified that registration is complete
      2. If your computer DOES NOT prompt you to reboot:
        1. On the "Complete Registration" window, enter your Student ID and password then click "Register"
        2. You will be notified that registration is complete

Upon Registration Completion

You should receive a message window, and later an email message, confirming registration. Note that you must register SofTest by Friday, April 11, 2008, or you must handwrite your exam. If you have any questions or issues with registration, contact ExamSoft technical support at support@examsoft.com or call toll-free (866) 429-8889.

Mock Exam

After registration completion, you will be notified on-screen that there is an exam file available for download. The Mock Exam gives you the opportunity to experience downloading, taking, and uploading an exam administered in secure mode using SofTest. You may download, take, and upload the Mock Exam now or at a later time by clicking on the SofTest icon. A download password is not required.

NOTE: All exams will be delivered to you via the Internet. Therefore, you will not need a floppy drive. Please disregard all notices to insert a floppy disk, selecting a floppy drive letter, etc.
