Professor Aliza Organick has published an article in the North Dakota Law Review. Her article, "Creating a Tribal Law Clinic in Kansas: Carving the Peg to Fit the Hole" (763 KB PDF; requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) describes her creation of the Tribal Law Practice at Washburn. This paper was also presented by Professor Organick in October of 2006 at The Pedagogy of American Indian Law symposium sponsored by the University of North Dakota School of Law Northern Plains Indian Law Center.
