Judge Nancy Caplinger Presides Over Swearing-In
Judge Nancy L. Caplinger, Kansas Court of Appeals, accepted the Clinic's invitation to preside over the Swearing-In ceremony in August. Judge Caplinger expressed to the interns how proud she was of them for enrolling in Law Clinic and taking on the challenge of representing clients before graduating from law school.

The Law Clinic is pleased to announce that Professor Curt Waugh will be returning for the Spring 2007 semester. Interns will have the opportunity to represent clients in civil cases as well as writing wills under Professor Waugh's supervision.
