Directed Interns
Kelly Driscoll is working this semester under the supervision of Professor Petty. Kelly will serve as guardian ad litem in a trial this spring to determine if a child should be adjudicated a child in need of care.
Tammie Mundil is also working under the supervision of Professor Petty. Tammie worked on a complicated permanent guardianship matter as well as other Child in Need of Care cases and divorces.
Trinity Muth is working under the supervision of Professor Waugh handling a variety of civil cases. Trinity was recently notified of an April trial date setting in a matter in which the Judge set aside a default judgment after considering Trinity's motion and brief.
Emily Smith is working under the supervision of Professor Petty. Emily had the opportunity to handle an extraordinary divorce matter as well as Child in Need of Care cases.
Anthony Valenti is working under the supervision of Professor Waugh. Anthony wrote wills, represented a woman in her insurance matter, a quiet title action, and matters concerning quit claim deeds.
