Fall 2004 Interns

Interns assigned to Professor John Francis are specializing in criminal defense matters and are currently working on cases involving possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic battery, aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.

Professor Lynette Petty's interns are concentrating on Child in Need of Care cases as well as divorce matters where there are minor children of the marriage.

Interns working under the supervision of Professor Aliza Organick are representing individuals in several areas: criminal defense, family law, and general civil matters. These interns are also the first to accept cases being heard in tribal court.

Professor Curtis Waugh's interns are focusing their efforts on general civil mattes such as landlord/tenant, consumer issues, writing Wills, and Quiet Title actions.

Professor Sheila Reynolds' interns are specializing in family law matters such as divorce with minor children of the marriage, adoption, paternity and guardianship.
