Spring 2004 Interns

Interns assigned to Professor Francis are concentrating on criminal defense matters. Assault, battery, DUI’s and interference with a police officer are just a few of the types of cases currently being handled.

Professor Petty is supervising interns on divorce and Child in Need of Care cases. The Law Clinic generally only accepts divorce matters where there are minor children of the marriage so these interns are handling child support and custody issues as well.

Professor Reynolds' group of interns are representing individuals in cases involving divorce with minor children of the marriage, adoption, paternity, and guardianship.

Interns under the supervision of Professor Waugh are handling a variety of issues including consumer matters, landlord/tenant, and, tort defense as well as researching issues for a local not-for-profit agency.
