4th Domestic Case Management Training:
Best Practices for Kansas

About the Workshop

Kansas courts use domestic case management in different ways, often adapting the statutory authority to meet pressing local needs. Workshop faculty are committed to developing a "Best Practices" case management model that can be carried across jurisdictions, that can be evenly and predictably implemented, and that will lead to systematic improvements in service delivery to children and families. These "Best Practices" protect the interests of children, provide due process protections for parents, and promote parental cooperation.

Who Should Attend

Attorneys, judges, mediators, mental health professionals, and case managers.
