Moot Court Fall 2008 Tryout Competition

Competition packets for the Fall 2008 Intramural competition will be available beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 4, 2008, Moot Court 2008-2009 TWEN page. Submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2008.

Download Competition Packet

To download the competition packet:

  1. Add Moot Court 2008-09 on TWEN;
  2. Click on the "Tryout Information" link on the left side of the page;
  3. Click on the download button.

Submission of Brief

  1. An original and three (3) additional copies of your brief must be hand-delivered to Carol Rhodes in the Law Clinic by the deadline (5:00 P.M. Friday, August 29, 2008). Clearly mark the original as "original" with pen or pencil.
  2. You must also submit your packet through TWEN by the deadline (5:00 P.M. Friday, August 29, 2008).
  3. Competitors will brief only the side of the Respondent. For oral argument, competitors will argue both sides. Competitors will be provided the brief for the Petitioner to prepare for oral arguments.
