Travel Planning

There will be a travel planning session scheduled for soon after registration in the course is complete.

In the meantime, begin the process of obtaining a passport, if you do not already have one. A visa is not required for this trip. Please consult the Embassy of Japan "information on border measures" for up-to-date guidelines on border measures (such as what medication you are permitted to bring into the country, etc.).

Accommodations will be coordinated by our partners at Osaka University. As provided in the preliminary budget, it is expected that accommodations will cost approximately $1,500 for the period in Osaka.
